1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VetPintar (hereinafter referred to as "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

VetPintar is a software as a service (SaaS) platform that provides veterinary clinic management solutions, including but not limited to: • Electronic medical records system for animals • Invoicing and payment management • Medicine and supplies inventory management • Financial reports and analytics • AI Copilot feature for diagnosis assistance (available on certain plans) • Multi-branch management (available on certain plans)

3. Account and Registration

• You must register and create an account to use the Service
• The information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

• The Service is available in several plans: Starter (free), Professional, and Enterprise
• Paid plans can be billed monthly or annually according to your choice
• Payment must be made in advance before the subscription period begins
• Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect periods already paid for
• All prices exclude VAT as per applicable regulations
• Payment can be made via bank transfer or QRIS

5. Cancellation and Refund

• For monthly plans: You can cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing period
• For annual plans: Cancellation can be made with 30 days prior notice
• Refunds are only provided within the first 14 days of subscription if there is no significant usage
• Starter (free) plan can be terminated at any time without notice
• No refunds for months or years already in progress unless there is an error on our part

6. Prohibited Use of Service

• Violating applicable laws or regulations
• Misusing, disrupting, or exploiting the Service
• Using the Service for purposes that harm others
• Attempting to access unauthorized systems or data
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Using the Service for spam or unsolicited mass communications
• Violating the intellectual property rights of others
• Using another person's account without permission

7. Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. The use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Data Security

• We use end-to-end encryption to protect your data
• Our servers are ISO 27001 certified
• Automatic backups are performed daily
• We implement industry best practice security
• Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including but not limited to software, design, logos, and content, are owned by VetPintar or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

10. AI Copilot and Medical Disclaimer

The AI Copilot feature is designed as an assistive tool and is NOT a replacement for professional veterinary decisions. VetPintar is not responsible for medical decisions made based on AI recommendations. Final decisions and responsibility for diagnosis and treatment remain entirely with the veterinarian concerned.

11. Service Availability

• We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee the Service will always be available without interruption
• We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice
• We are not responsible for downtime caused by force majeure
• Offline mode is available for essential features

12. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VetPintar, its employees, directors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

15. Termination

• You can terminate your account at any time through account settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms
• After termination, you will no longer have access to data in the account
• We may retain your data for a certain period as required by applicable law
• Terms that are ongoing in nature will continue to apply after termination

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes that arise will be resolved through consultation first. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be resolved through the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) in Jakarta.

17. General Provisions

• If any provision is unenforceable, the other provisions remain in effect
• Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right
• These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VetPintar
• You may not transfer rights or obligations without our written consent
• We may transfer our rights and obligations to third parties
